The center offered a five week summer recreation program this summer.  Seventeen students, ages 5-11, participated in the action packed activities including, basketball, tee-ball, kickball, soccer and many other sports and games.  This program was held at the Union City Elementary School, which provided a gymnasium, fields, and a swimming pool.  The program was a huge success! The children had a great time participating in the games, but a better time when they were able to choose the games that were played.  The center looks forward to offering an even better program next year.  Thank you to the Union City Elementary School, Quality Markets, Pizza Hut, D & T Market and all the others that made this year such a success.
