Human Service Coordination

This office based program assists individuals in completing PA Department of Public Welfare Applications through the COMPASS computer system. The center is equipped to assist completing and processing these applications through the Erie County Assistance Office. The center also processes energy assistance (LIHEAP), Social Security, CHIP, and the Northwest Rural Electric Cooperative (NWREC) Member to Member Applications. This program also assists clients in navigating the system once these applications are processed.
